Each Castel Nuovo piece is made to order with care, precision, and intention.
To allow you to experience our garments with confidence, we currently offer a 15-day return window on all orders. This starts on the day your order is delivered.
15-Day Returns
If your piece isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Items should be unworn and in original condition
- Each request is reviewed individually by our team
- We aim to make the process considered, fair, and straightforward.
Quality & Craftsmanship
We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, printing inconsistency, or shipping damage, we will resolve it promptly — either through a replacement or refund.
Made-to-Order Note
As our garments are produced specifically for each order, we ask that you review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing. Minor colour variation may occur due to digital presentation and the nature of textile printing.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at talktous@c-astel.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the return request
Our team will respond quickly with next steps. In some cases, we may resolve the return without requiring the item to be sent back.
